Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect or materially defective products reported promptly after delivery.
Return request window
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, product photographs and package photographs.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method after verification.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, consumed, tampered, perishable or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return.
