Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is subject to courier status and return eligibility.

Approved cancellation requests before dispatch are refunded after internal verification.

After dispatch

After dispatch, the order may be treated under the return/refund policy.

Failed payment

For failed or duplicate online payments, refund handling depends on payment gateway confirmation and bank settlement timelines.
